Cancellations

Cheekys does not offer Refunds or Reverse Charges to credit cards for cancellations not resulting from an extended delay, stock shortage, product discontinuation or other circumstance directly related to Cheekys being unable to fulfill an order in a timely or accurate manner.

We understand that situations change, but we are currently unable to honor arbitrary cancellations with a full refund policy.

If you would like to cancel an order for reasons not related to any responsibility on the part of Cheekys, we do offer credit to your cheekysboutique.com account that can be used on future purchases, minus (-) 15% restocking fee. When signed into your cheekysboutique.com account at a future time, your credit will already occupy your details and be applied to your next purchase.
